We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items, provided they are returned in their original packaging with tags intact. To be eligible, your request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned after this period may not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be processed promptly. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, and exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible based on availability.

Please be aware that certain items, such as sale items, custom orders, or promotional products, may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
